Taste tests have proven time and time again that FIJI is indeed Earth’s Finest Water.

But how do you tell that story convincingly to consumers who are already convinced that water is water is water? Simple: Don’t tell them, show them.

The idea was to create an experience that followed a single drop of rain from the clouds far above the Fijian islands all the way down through its journey through the clouds and pristine rainforest, trickling through volcanic rock until it came to rest in a deep underground aquifer where it sat undisturbed for millions of years

Additionally, we designed and launched Earth’s Finest City Guide, a digital magazine that surveyed a different aspirational global destination each month. Hiring our own editor and photographer for each city, Earth’s Finest City Guide leveraged FIJI Water's credibility as the Earth's Finest Water to help our fans discover some of the finest destinations on earth.

And yes, it really is from Fiji.

Results

The FIJI Water Story has been so effective it has been used across virtually every single customer touch point. Most recently, with a few new added bells and whistles, the water story is now starring in its very own national broadcast campaign. Not bad for a little website from FIJI.

Maybe that’s why it won Best of Show at ThinkLA.

 

Overall site engagement went up over 400% YOY, while FIJI’s annual sales increased by over 10% YOY - with no other major marketing initiatives in market during that same time.
